Dee Robb has over 16 years’ experience in sales and sales management. She began in the retail automotive industry as an Executive Assistant, moved on to become Retail Lease Coordinator and then over 7 years in the Finance Office.
Dee’s love of sales and attention to detail made her a very successful Financial Services Manager. During her time at the dealership level Dee helped create and implement programs and processes that lead to unprecedented sales volume and service standards. Dee’s creative approach to selling built strong relationships between the Finance Department and the Sales Floor.
After leaving her position in the Finance Department, Dee moved onto become a Dealer Development Manager with Lions Gate Marketing. Lions Gate Marketing is a progressive after-market financial and insurance products provider. Dee’s dedication to excellence lead to outstanding results in the territory she managed and her time with LGM helped solidify her passion for overall excellence and increased profitability in all areas of dealership operations. Dee has a strong background in client relationship management within the insurance brokerage business.
Prior to her sales and territory management experience, Dee worked overseas doing both humanitarian work and teaching English as a Second Language. Dee also spent 5 years teaching private music lessons. She also holds a designation with the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
Dee has also been active in sales, marketing, coaching, and training facilitation of entrepreneurship programs and financial advice programs for individuals and small business startups.
