Seminar Training:
The pricing model we follow for on-site seminar training is based on the number of participants in a class. We charge $350/person for a one-day course and $595/person for a two day. We have a requirement of 8 people at minimum in any class (we will run the class with less but you still pay for 8) and a maximum class size of 20. We cap the people we charge for in a large class at 15. You do not pay for participants 16-20 which, when maximizing the class sizes, saves a considerable amount of money.
Online Live (remote) Seminar Training:
The pricing model we follow for Online Live seminar training is again based on the number of participants in a class. Class sizes must be managed carefully to preserve interactivity and participant experience. Clients typically will choose morning and afternoon groups over a consecutive number of days. This holds seat time to 3 hours with two breaks. We charge $350/person for a one-day course (two x 3 hours) and $595/person for a two day (4 x 3 hours). We have a requirement of 8 people at minimum in any class (we will run the class with less, but you still pay for 8) and a maximum class size of 12. The significant advantage is that online live incurs no travel and accommodation expenses for participant or trainer. Down-time for travel to a centralized training location is eliminated
Training Materials:
Clients are not charged for the printing and distribution of supporting training materials used in live skills sessions. This is included in the per-head seminar pricing. All manuals are customized for the group we are working with. Costs for the consultation, development, and authoring of the customized training materials will be included in the Training Development phase of the project.
In-Branch Sustainment Training and Coaching:
Sustainment training and coaching is always customized to the requirements of the client. Branch size and location will factor into whether we visit a branch, and if so, for how long. For optimal results we would need to be working in the branches 3-4 times within the 8 months after the training has taken place. Any follow up visits to a branch are invoiced on a flat $2,800 per day.
Expense Reimbursement:
Trainer travel related expenses (airfare, car rental, fuel, hotel, $50 meal per diem) are additional and billed at our cost.
Teleconference Coaching or Online Live Coaching:
Additional to live visits for in-branch coaching we provide teleconference or ZOOM calls with the management teams. The investment for each 45-minute session is $375.
Sales Meeting Express Subscription:
Unlimited managers receive access to a searchable archive of over 300 skill development agendas. Agendas cover sales process, member service, and coaching topics.
Annual subscription fee access: $1995.00
