Our partnership began with initial skills training for Sales Team members, which set the foundation for future development. Following this, the client requested skills training for front-line Service Teams and Coaching Training, which further extended our collaboration.
The initial training implementation was followed by an intensive phase that included high-frequency Sales Leadership Coaching Calls over the first three months, Live In-Branch Coaching, training for their full-service tele-staff, and additional skills training sessions for the remainder of the first year.
In the following years, advanced programming and new staff initiatives were introduced to support continued growth and evolution. We also facilitated a Board of Directors meeting that specifically addressed member sales and service strategies to drive further progress.
